Multimedia contents such as videos are compliant since 2019. Older material has been left out of scope for this certification due to the fact that impact on users has been found to be very low and efforts to make such videos accessible are high.

Scottish Power is working to fix following issues in order to fully conform with the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines:

• Inadequate text alternatives for some images
• Lack of headings correct markup or incorrect head hierarchy in some pages
• Insuficient color contrast in keyboard focus
• Incorrect keyboard focus order in cookies policy window

The result of the audit partially satisfies the accessibility requirements of the level of the accessibility guidelines for web content 2.1 of the W3C-WAI.
